ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL
1. Every child seeking admission must be introduced personally by the parents or guardians who will be responsible to the Headmaster for his / her conduct and school fees.
2. The admission form must be filled in with the utmost possible accuracy. Birth certificate (photo copy) should be given. A Photo copy or Voter I.D. of the Guardian / student must be attached with the Admission Form.
3. A candidate who has attended recognized School can not be admitted without transfer certificate from the school last attended.
4. New candidate will be assessed in the standard immediately below that to which he / she seek admission. For nursery / Prep. class, there will be no assessment test.
5. Before withdrawing a student from the school, one month’s notice is to be given or one month’s fees in lieu of notice is to be charged.
6. No school leaving / Transfer certificate will be issued until all the dues to the school have been paid in full.
7. The transfer certificate fee is Rs. 100.00 should be paid to the school in this respect.
8. Admission form the next academic session is generally started from October every year. Admission From & Prospectus will be available in the school office on cash payment. Last date : 20th Dec. Late Admission 15 th January.
9. Age of admission: Generally 3+years for Preparatory (Nursery) class.
Syllabus
The School has been Following the C.B.S.E and W.B. pry. Board Syllabus from the very beginning.
Classes Run
There are six classes from Preparatory to Class- IV at present. (Preparatory, K.G, Class-I, Class-II, Class-III, Class-IV)
School Schedule
Classes are conducted everyday of the week except Saturday and Sunday +1st & 3rd Saturday of every month.
School Timing
December to February : From 07 a.m to 10:30 a.m
March to November : From 06:40 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Normally it is 1Teacher : 30 Students
School Uniform
Uniform for boys –
Cream coloured shirt,Dark brown pants, black shoes, Black socks, Dark Brown ties and Belt.
Uniform for Girls-
Cream coloured shirts, Dark brown skirts, black shoes, Black socks, Dark Brown ties and Belt.
During winter children should wear dark brown cardigans / sweaters.
: Boys (White Pant, White Shirt),Girls (White Shirt,White skirt) & White Cades
for all, During Winter : White full pant / White slacks.
Note: Student must wear P.T.Dress on every Wednesday
(1) School tie and Belt are available in school on ususal payments, Leather/cloth or
canvas bag can be used. Gold chain, rings and wrist watch are not allowed to be worn in
the school.
(2) All the students should have identity cards obtainable from the school office.
Examination & Promotion
There are Four Examinations : Two Terminal Examinations, One Half-Yearly and Annual Examination. At the end of session, all the
full marks of two terminal Tests as well as the Half yearly and Annual Examination will be taken into account at the time of
promotion. Appearing at the Test / Examination is a must for every student.
